Studva Federal

Federal orders, none of the federal paperwork.

We bid United States government requirements and bring in suppliers to fulfil them. You quote what you already sell. We carry the registration, the bidding, the invoicing and the closeout.

What you get

  • Demand, already matchedOnly requirements that fit what you sell reach you. Nothing else does — no digests, no noise, no browsing a portal.
  • A firm price, not an RFPEach opportunity arrives with scope, delivery terms and a firm price for your portion. Accept or decline. There is nothing to write.
  • None of the biddingNo proposals, no bid writing, no chasing solicitations. If an order carries a federal requirement on your side, such as a free Unique Entity ID on larger orders or prevailing-wage rules on construction and service work, it is spelled out in the offer before you accept.
  • Paid on written termsPayment timing, insurance and indemnity are published and versioned before the first order — not negotiated after a dispute.

How it works

  1. Tell us what you sell. One reply with your product or service categories and the best address for quote requests. That is the whole onboarding.
  2. We bid; you price your portion. When a federal requirement matches you, it arrives with the scope and a firm price. You accept or decline — each one on its own merits.
  3. You deliver; we handle the government.Contracting, invoicing, reporting and closeout stay on our side. You do the work you would do for any other customer.

The obvious question

So what's the catch?

There isn't one, by design. We are compensated on the contracting side of each award — never by suppliers. No fees, no memberships, no exclusivity, and no obligation on anything you decline.

We only succeed when the work is delivered well, which is exactly why we are selective about who stands behind a bid.
